The URC Retreat Group seeks to draw together and nurture people in the United Reformed Church of Great Britain who are interested in silent or contemplative prayer, retreats, quiet days and spiritual direction. It encourages people’s explorations both in Reformed and ecumenical contexts.

Easter 2019

As part of the United Reformed Church’s URC Walking the Way discipleship programme, much of the written material developed by the URC Retreat Group is now available as resources on the URC web site.

A letter has recently gone to all URC Retreat Group members inviting thoughts on the ways to resource and deepen approaches to spirituality (including retreats and quiet days) as part of a process of reflection. Please send comments to the interim steering group (Richard Church, Ann Barton, Marion Thomas and Mark Argent).

Daily Reflections for Lent and Holy Week 2012 are now available. Visit the Reflections page to find out more.
